LOVE vs DESTINY
Once again I have fallen short
To grasp my fairy tale,
To make my own destiny
To re-live my love and dream
I tend to lean my hand to grab it,
Caress it, treasure it,
Thinking I would never let it go,
And this time shall it not fade away
But once again, my hand has fallen short.
This fight, between my love and my destiny
Tears me apart, into million scattered crumbs
One look into her mirage eyes,
Longing for a single kiss – that shapes my fate
A hope to be with her,
to shower upon her with my love, like the mist of a heavenly fall
Desire, or may be arrogance to make her mine
Dreaming to wake up next to her, with the rise of every sun
Kissing her goodnight, with the stars shinning upon us
With the heart that will thank god, for every opportunity shall he give - to
love her
For that one more try,
To dream one more dream,
To hope one more hope,
I put myself together,
Just to be scattered again, into same million pieces
To be slapped by my destiny, again
To bear the same agony,
Shed the same tears,
Feel the same loneliness
And, yet again
For that one more try,
To dream one more dream,
To hope one more hope
I will put myself together,
To fight with my own destiny.
